Property Inventory
Duties
Records
Management and Property Control section of the
Financial Accounting Department is responsible for:
1.
Disposing & storing of records as mandated for legal
and fiscal reasons for a specific period of time.
2.
Identifying and including in District property
records tangible property that has an acquired value
of $1000 or more.
3. The inventory and reporting of tangible
property with an acquired value of $1000 or more.
4.
Advertising Surplus assets for District use only on
the Records Management & Property Control web site.
